01Acceptance of terms
By installing or using the StoreCrafty Shopify application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the app immediately.
02Service description & backup SLA
StoreCrafty provides automated store backups, point-in-time snapshots, surgical resource restores, and cross-store snapshot code migration features. While we maintain 99.9% uptime and redundant cloud storage behind signed URLs, merchants remain responsible for verifying their store snapshots regularly.
03Subscriptions & Shopify Billing API
All paid plan subscriptions are billed directly through the official Shopify Billing API in accordance with Shopify's merchant billing policies. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by platform terms or applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 1 click from your Shopify Admin.
04Intellectual property & data ownership
You retain full, exclusive ownership of all your storefront data, product media, catalog metafields, and metaobject definitions. StoreCrafty processes your data solely to fulfill snapshot backup and restoration requests.
